Insurance Brokering is one of the career paths that is doing quite well worldwide. Although there are numerous job opportunities after studying insurance at the tertiary level, a lot of African students do not find it quite attractive to join in this career path. Why is it so? Our guests, Miss Sheila Wristberg and Mr. Kofi Okoampah Akoto (both Chartered Insurance Brokers) join our host, Adjoa Omie to discuss Insurance Brokering as a career. They educate us on the steps to take in terms of education and guidance needed to become an insurance broker, highlighting some key benefits and challenges, and also clearing some misconceptions about this career path. Enjoy the discussion.
