Human capital development is key because it creates societal assets that consist of knowledgeable and skillful people that can be used by an organization to advance their objectives and goals. In Africa, we have been noted by the world as the continent with the most youthful population and will be a global hub of talents and skillful people in the next 20 years. However, what contributions can student unions make towards the development of an appealing pool of job talents and skillful personalities?
